Tate, Principal founded the firm in 1984 with the simple mission to provide the highest quality site design and environmental land planning services. Mr. Tate was soon joined by Mr. Bruce H. Reinheimer, Principal to provide these design services for both residential and commercial clients. Tate & Associates, LLC has successfully completed hundreds of projects throughout New England. Our projects range in scope from residential design to commercial land development and community masterplanning.
